Refund Policy

At Unbiased Solutions LLC, we strive to provide high-quality consulting services that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund or service adjustment. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Consultation & Strategy Services

Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are not available once a service has been delivered or work has commenced.

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of service delivery to discuss possible resolutions, including revisions or additional support.
2. Prepaid Services & Retainer Agreements

If a client cancels a prepaid service at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, a 50% refund may be issued, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the service start date or for completed milestones in a retainer agreement.
3. Digital & Custom Deliverables

Due to the customized nature of reports, workbooks, and strategic plans, all sales are final once the deliverables have been provided.

If an error or omission is identified in a deliverable, we will correct it at no additional cost.
4. Event & Workshop Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to an event or workshop will receive a full refund, minus processing fees.

Cancellations made 7-13 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event. However, clients may request to apply the credit toward a future session.
5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We value fairness and will work with clients to find reasonable solutions.
6. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to unbiasedsolutionsllc@gmail.com.

Please allow 7-10 business days for review and processing of approved refunds.
